Yes, I sign it. Of course, if you marry, do not believe or do not expect the divorce to follow, but the reality is that divorce happens every day, and people need to protect your assets. At least with the marriage contract, which the foot is attached to something (and for marriages that last about 6 months, we have) really does not deserve anything.

Well, this can be good. But what? And what is the sum in common? How do you make a lot of emphasis on during the marriage.

You should really come to such counsel. A million may be larger if the assets of a hundred billion. I suggest you negotiate the 50% of any increase in assets from the marriage with a minimum of one million, plus a property before the marriage. I would add a clause that states that the divorce is initiated, an additional 10% of fund assets, proovable except in cases of abuse or infidelity. But ... by all means ... Do not sign without a lawyer.

Frankly, if something has happened, my husband and I would do my liking to me without money. I would like to sign an agreement that if the marriage for what it before the marriage remains yours, and said vice versa. I think we must leave all do our part in life and not to others, to build our roads. However, there are people who think differently than I do.
